Your body represents who you are (how my journey started)

Have you ever wondered about your purpose in this world?

I wanted to share with you a glimpse into my inner journey, one that began at a young age and has led me to profound realizations about the connection between our inner selves and the outward expressions of our bodies and personalities.

My inner journey started when I was 5 years old. I was walking over a field of grass and looking down on my feet. I wondered why they looked so different from all the other people’s, like my mum’s and my sister’s and everyone else’s feet. All their feet looked so different. I asked myself “How come that we are all so different?” That question never left me alone.

I kept on looking and observing all people’s faces, their bodies, and their personalities versus their feet. I realized that there’s a strong correlation between people’s personalities and their feet, which is also written all over their body.

I realized that specific features such as noses, faces, eyes, and the entire display of the face, as well as the body and our posture – whether we’ve got slumped shoulders or whether we walk openly and straight, whether we have a gliding walk or a staggering, hesitant walk –  ALL of those things express parts of our personality.

When we read our body, our feet, and our whole display, we’re reading not only our emotions, general personality traits, but also our entire story.

When we read our body, our feet, and our whole display, we’re reading not only our emotions, general personality traits, but also our entire story.

We can really see the whole journey that lies behind us but also what we need to do in order to really get on track with our purpose and who we are in this world.

This realization led me on a journey of introspection, where I began to understand that our bodies are not just vessels, but mirrors reflecting the essence of our being. By paying attention to these physical cues, we can gain insights into our emotions and innermost thoughts. By reading, ‘translating’ and then dissolving them with fast, simple, systematic and potent clearing techniques, we unlock our most direct path to full expression and inner as well as outer success in life.

This journey has been eye-opening, allowing me to see not only where I’ve been and guiding me toward my own true purpose in life, but also allowed me to read more than 10,000 people’s feet and connect people with their purpose in life. And although I don’t personally offer feet reading sessions anymore (I still train people via online courses in the art of in depth reflexology and feet reading here), reading bodies and emotions will always remain an integral part of everything I do.

Every thought we have creates an emotion. Depending on whether we carry trapped emotions and triggers around it, as well as our filters, it can bring up a response in our body and how we feel. This then creates our state and, if we stay in this state for prolonged periods of time, this can create changes in our physiology.

By freeing ourselves of our emotional baggage, conditioning and upper limits, we give ourselves a chance to operate in our aligned and centred self, which doesn’t just optimise how we feel and show up, and even change our physiology, but it allows us to be the best version of ourselves and create the results we want to create in life and business with so much more ease and certainty.

I wanted to share this with you because you might be interested in learning more about yourself. Perhaps reflecting on these ideas will resonate with you and help you navigate your own journey.
