How To Achieve Your Goals Faster

Do you ever find yourself feeling like you’re not progressing towards your goals as quickly as you’d like?

Do you find yourself experiencing the gap to the goal and not really feeling like you’re getting the momentum that you want to be in and getting to what you want to create?

Are your goals truly aligned with who you are?

Are you fully behind them? Are you fully committed to them, body and soul? If not, it’s essential to assess what’s in the way between where you are right now and who you’re being. How you’re acting to who you need to be when you get to your goal and who you are when you get to your goal.

If it’s a bigger vision or just a specific goal that you’re trying to achieve, you need to be able to see yourself and feel yourself achieving that already.

If there’s anything blocking you and you can’t see yourself or feel yourself to be living your goals, then you know something is in the way that needs to be addressed.

The gap is the space between where you are right now to where you want to be. If there is stuff blocking you from closing the gap, those triggers or blockages (conscious and subconscious) will be in that gap - making it hard or impossible for you to reach your vision/goals.


If there’s anything blocking you and you can’t see yourself or feel yourself living your goals already, then you know something is in the way that needs to be addressed.


Often obstacles we face are not external but internal. We need to look at the gap because whatever sits in the way and whatever stuff comes up; i.e. triggers, overwhelm, tiredness, fog, avoidance, procrastination, any of these and so many more, or anxiety even, all of the stuff that comes up and floods your being is in the way of you achieving your goals.


So if you want to get to your goals quicker, we need to address this stuff.


To break through these barriers and accelerate your progress, we must confront them head-on. We need to explore the underlying reasons for our resistance and address them at their roots.

The fastest way of doing that is by going through your subconscious and your body.

Your body is a representation for your subconscious. Our body often holds the key to unlocking hidden truths and releasing blockages that stand in your way. By tuning into your body’s signals and sensations, you can gain valuable insights into what needs to shift within you.
